Hello everyone, first of all I’d like to tell you all how much I hate the word haul. I hate it!! But seeing as everyone uses it, and lack of a better word I’ll stick with it. For now anyway..

Yesterday, I was in a bad mood feeling rather sorry for myself, so instead of sitting round the house being a misery guts I went on a shopping spree, because nothing cheers me up more than raking around a charity shop.
It was a pretty successful trip, so I thought I’d share with you what I bought in the form of outfit posts. I’ve still not got the hang of taking my photo yet, so I apologise for the bad lighting and out of focusness! I hand on heart pinky promise I will try and get better, but nothing makes me feel more awkward than standing in front of a camera posing. I see so many Fashion Bloggers who do this everyday and manage to look stunning and flawless whereas little old me here looks like a gormless troll. seriously guys SHARE ME YOUR SECRETS!!

long sleeve black dress with white collar

This is me looking out my window longingly into the distance, I clearly think I’m rapunzel or something. I did warn you I’m not too good at this posing in front of a camera malarky!
The first thing I picked up was this black River Island collared dress. I’ve been looking at very similar things online  but this was a little more in my price range at £3.50
I’m not too keen on the buttons, I think they look cheap and tacky, you can’t really tell in the photo but they’re a gold with a black plastic topping. I’ll probably swap them for some plain black ones, or maybe even some cute floral ones if I can find any!

vegetable dress

Next was this Primark dress, which I think will be cute for summer, if we ever get one. I was drawn to the print as I thought the onions and other vegetables on it were adorable. I’ll probably throw a bright coloured cardigan on over this and team it with some pumps.
I’ve just noticed the bird poo on the window behind me, mmm classy.

powder blue h&m dress

I picked this one up as I was drawn to the powder blue lace, I then saw it was a brand new H&M dress and still had the tags on! I’m actually not too sure on this one, it’s a size too big for me so it’s a little saggy in areas and although I love the colour I can’t decide if I like the shape and fit or not.

And lastly, probably my favourite of the lot is this skirt. It’s originally from H&M which is my favourite high street shop so it’s no surprise that I keep getting drawn to things from there in charity shops! I’m not sure what I’ll wear it with yet, so if anyone has any suggestions please send them my way!
I was so chuffed when I saw it had pockets, I FREAKIN LOVE POCKETS!!
I think it’s almost got a 60s vibe to it, and if that makes me a step closer to being a Mad Men cast member, then that’s totally fine by me! Speaking of Mad Men, does anyone watch it? I tried but I really couldn’t get into it, I thought the storyline was so boring!! It’s so frustrating as I wanted to like it so much as the outfits are gorgeous and I have a huge girl crush on Christina Hendricks! (who doesn’t)
Also, Don Draper’s a bit tasty isn’t he? Ooo er.
